MatchGroup has gotten ruined online dating by taking over nearly every major dating app and forcing you to pay for highest subscriptions and STILL having to pay more for features - such as sending messages. I have the platinum subscription that says online and in app "Send unlimited intros" but I cannot send unlimited intros. I will be sure to avoid anything related to MatchGroup in the future, just waiting on this current subscription to end.

Why bother asking for locations if you are just going to ignore it? They are also absolutely absurd with their prices. 45$for a week!!! 90$for a month?!? Just to see who's messaged me is highway robbery. These people are disgusting!!!

I have since, not been able to log back in app. I've tried to reset password and never recieve the email providing direction. yes I've checked spam email as well and nada. I've deleted app and reinstalled still nothing. Reached out directly via email to trouble shoot numerous times and have never heard back. Waste of time and Money.
