MatatuOs Crew

MatatuOS Crew is the companion app for matatu drivers and conductors. Designed to work alongside your SACCO's MatatuOS dashboard, it puts everything you need for your daily operations right in your pocket.
View your assigned vehicle and route at a glance. Start and end trips with a single tap and see how many tickets have been sold and how much has been collected in real time. Every trip is logged automatically, removing the need for manual reporting at the end of the day.
Conductors can issue tickets quickly between stages by selecting the boarding and alighting point, confirming the fare, and accepting cash or mobile money. Every ticket is recorded instantly — no paper tickets, no manual tallying.
The trip history tab gives you a full record of all your past trips with complete details including duration, tickets sold, revenue collected, and trip status. The earnings tracker lets you review your collections by day, week, or month with clear charts showing your total tickets issued, trips completed, and revenue over any period.
Important updates from your SACCO are delivered directly to the app, keeping you informed about route changes, assignment updates, and reminders. You can also manage your profile, view your assigned vehicle, check your licence expiry date, and update your account settings from within the app.
MatatuOS Crew is designed to be fast and simple so you can focus on the road, not the paperwork. It is available exclusively for registered drivers and conductors of SACCOs using MatatuOS. Contact your SACCO admin to get your login credentials.
