Easy to use / user-friendly.

Frequent payment-card problems: cannot add or update cards, cards stuck loading, and expired cards cannot be removed.
Reliability and performance issues: frequent server errors, app freezes, and login/lockout problems.
School list management problems: some schools disappear, duplicates appear, and unused schools cannot be easily removed; lack of 'favorite' saving.
Limited payment options: only cards supported; requests for PayPal or BPAY.
