User Reviews

Reviews are mixed: some users praise the app’s ease of use and on-site payment features, while others report recurring slowness, failure to load, and update or reinstall problems. Reliability and update issues are the most-mentioned concerns.

Pros

Some users find the app easy to use, including less tech-savvy technicians.
Users value its on-site payment processing and usefulness when helping customers.

Cons

Slow performance and loading failures are reported repeatedly, sometimes preventing sales or use of the app.
Update problems recur: the app may stop working while prompting for an update, and updating or reinstalling can fail.

Recent reviews

The app doesn't work well, it's very slow. It's supposed to be faster since it's designed to work with technology. It also has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to be able to use it. The company's bonus system doesn't motivate the technicians who use it.
