User Reviews

Users appreciate the concept and updated interface of the Massy Stores app along with its grocery list feature and real-time stock availability. However, many encounter login problems, missing product images, a confusing and slow user interface, inability to browse by category, and missing key features like online ordering and price displays. Frequent glitches and crashes further hinder usability. Improvements in account management, UI design, performance, and core shopping functionalities are needed to enhance the user experience.

Pros

Good initiative by Massy to have a shopping app.
Updated interface is more modern and easier to navigate.
Real-time stock availability feature appreciated by users.
Ability to create grocery lists is useful for planning.
App works well after correct account setup and verification for some users.

Cons

App frequently has login issues, including inability to recognize accounts and loss of previous points.
Many items lack images, making it difficult for users to know product appearance.
User interface has poor usability: lacks intuitive category browsing, search is difficult, and no easy way to edit or delete items or lists.
App performance is slow and glitchy with frequent crashes and long load times.
Basic features are missing such as price display next to items, ability to order and pay online, and accurate stock availability by branch.
