The Massage Envy Android app is convenient for booking and viewing availability, but users repeatedly report major reliability issues: no in-app cancel/reschedule, no visibility of credits or remaining member hours, difficulty linking accounts and accessing future appointments, problematic terms/login UI, and booking failures that force phone calls.

Cannot cancel or reschedule appointments in the app.
Cannot view or track earned credits / remaining member hours.
Membership linking and account access problems; can't see next appointment or sign in reliably.
New terms and conditions pop-up has no scrollbar, making login/log-in hard to complete.
Booking sometimes fails or is limited (e.g., only shows rapid tension relief), requiring a phone call.

Recent reviews

This is truthfully the most useless app in all of existence. It doesn't provide you with the most essential information (how many credits do you have) and doesn't let you cancel appointments. Anything you think you could do more conveniently with the app has to be done by calling in.

The app constantly had a notification on the top of my screen that was searching for location even after I closed the app down. It doesn't actually show how many credits my membership has either.
