Mobile Health & Safety (C)

This is the cloud option (a standalone option is also available) of the Mobile Health & Safety App primarily targeted towards industries such as horticulture, agriculture, forestry and other small to medium sized businesses e.g. plumbers, electricians, builders etc that require access to a mobile device to record and manage their health and safety day to day operations. The App has been designed to work on a tablet or phone.

The App records details of staff along with their health and safety training records, licences, certificates along with photos, documents and expiry dates. A flag system makes it easy to identity expired or about to expire training, licences, certificates etc.

Hazards are recorded and can be mapped to properties via Google maps. Photos and documents of the hazard can be saved against the hazard.

Incidents are recorded and can be associated with hazards and staff. Photos and documents of the incident can be saved against the incident.

Meetings e.g. the traditional morning 'Tool box' meeting are recorded and can be associated with hazards and attendees.

Pricing:

The cloud edition is priced on a set monthly fee plus an amount based upon a sliding scale of the number of people entered into the App. Please contact us for a quote.

For full functionality the MS Word, MS Excel and and Adobe Reader Apps should be installed (all are currently free for tablets with a screen less than 10 inches).
