2024-05-16	Tr*****	Just plain sucks too much going on. the other one was way more simple and easy. Just enter your password, and you're in. Since they switched, I've had nothing but trouble trying to sign in and see transactions.! Not sure who's in charge of software and what not but this isn't even close to the last one

Please stick to listing the payee only and stop adding “payment to” Please stop renaming payees. i.e., don’t rename payments to my student loan servicer as U.S. Dept of Education. You didn’t rename payees in the past. Please stop assigning categories to transactions or offer a way to turn them off. Who are you sharing this information with? Please add a feature to download billpayer transactions.

2024-04-25	S *****	This app has exactly one use to me and it screws it up. The switch over to it was clunky and painful. When I start poking around in it I find an email address from 12 years ago. I have been with mascoma for at least 25 years and, as a friend, they should let someone else make decisions about their software, including the website. I dont have the time or patience anymore for companies that can't figure this out.

2024-03-30	Ga*****	Absolutely the worst app that I have encountered in my entire life. It is completely dysfunctional. Your updates make it impossible for me to login for months after that. Every single time I have to download something to login, then it kicks me out. And no, the problem is not in me or my phone. Your updates are the opposite of updates - they create endless problems for people. It has messed up my days and schedule endless times. Awful app. I am considering to change my bank because of this.

There's too much white space, tiny icons, less options for downloading and the opening photo of an empty bank counter is terrible! The cool, yet oversaturated fall foliage scene was better. I really hope they didn't spend to much on this refresh! In the app I'm not a fan of the huge messages telling me how to save more, I just want to navigate to the things that I use like deposits, transfers.
