I was told the staff had called me, yet I received no call or missed call notification. When I contacted the branch again, I was repeatedly redirected to different phone numbers. The staff then used abusive language and said, "We will not deliver your courier. Do whatever you can do." After repeated requests, they delivered the parcel but warned that they would not deliver any of my future parcels.
