The Apex Martial Arts member app is for students and parents training with us in Evesham. If you train at our academy, this is where you book classes, see your child's progress, pay your membership, and stay
in touch with your instructors.

You'll need an active membership at Apex Martial Arts to sign in. We do not sell this app to the general public.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Book and manage your classes
See the live timetable for every programme we run — Kids BJJ, Adult BJJ, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Little Ninjas and more. Book a spot in a few taps, cancel if plans change, and see who else is on the mat.

Track attendance and grading
Every class you attend is logged automatically when you check in at the academy. View your attendance streak, see how many classes you've trained this month, and follow your progress toward your next belt.
Instructors can leave notes on technique, sparring, and grading readiness.

Family-friendly
Parents managing multiple kids see everyone in one place. Book each child into the right class, track their belts and attendance, and message instructors on their behalf. One login, the whole family.

Pay your membership
Pay your monthly subscription securely, top up class credits for pay-as-you-go members, and see every receipt in your account. Payment information is processed by Stripe — Apex never sees or stores your card
number.

Message your instructors
Send a quick message to the team — about an upcoming grading, a missed class, or any question about training. Get a fast reply from a real instructor, with our AI assistant helping out for routine questions
like timetable, pricing, and dress code so you're not waiting around.

Stay in the loop
Push notifications for class reminders, grading dates, seminars, holiday closures, and direct messages from the academy. Turn notifications off any time in the app or in your phone's settings.

Sign in fast
Use fingerprint or Face Unlock to sign in after the first time. No re-typing passwords every visit.

WHO IT'S FOR

This app is for current members of Apex Martial Arts. Kids and adult members both have profiles inside it. Parents control the accounts of children under 18.

If you're not a member yet but want to train with us, visit apexma.co.uk to book a free trial class. Once you've signed up, your member login will work in this app.

PRIVACY

We collect the personal information needed to manage your membership — name, contact details, attendance, payments, messages with our staff — and nothing else. We do not show ads, sell your data, or share it
with marketing partners. Stripe handles card payments, Twilio sends SMS notifications you've opted into, and Resend sends your transactional emails (receipts, password resets). Each of these is a service
provider acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
