With proManage, an organization can not only track their jobs (work orders), but can track employee hours and expenses, providing total job costs across all profit centers.

In addition, members of the organization are provided user roles based on their specific role within the organization and profit center. These roles range from owner, admin, project manager, superintendent, and technician. Each role enables the organization the ability to control access to all aspects from the profit centers, members, contacts, sites, and work orders.

An Owner of an organization or profit center has full access to all aspect of the organization or specific profit center they own. The same for the Admin of the organization or profit center with a few exceptions to be covered in more detail later.

Project Managers have access to all contacts and sites within the organization allowing the to create workorders within the profit center for which they are a member. If, however, they are asked to assist on work orders from other profit centers, they only need to be added to that work order.

Superintendents and Technicians only have access to the contacts and sites for work orders they have been assigned.

Employee hours (Timesheets and payroll) and expenses are kept for any member that simply clocks in & out of work orders.

Work Orders are designed to track all aspects of any organizations work to be completed for a specific customer at a specified location (site). This will obviously depend on the organizations industry specific focus, and proManage was designed to be flexible enough to be beneficial whether you are a contractor, subcontractor or focus specific trade or combined services. For example, an Air conditioning contractor or one that handles Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, proManage can handle them. Work Orders contain all of the information about the job to be completed with a comprehensive Scope of Work, Notes, Expenses, Personnel and Job Cost Report, as well as, a Map showing the location of the site.
