Maroobe

Maroobe is the official app of the Billital Maroobé Network (RBM), designed exclusively to support pastoralist and herding communities in Africa. Because access to information is a right, Maroobe breaks down language barriers by disseminating news bulletins and alerts entirely in audio format and in several local languages. Why use Maroobe?

Alerts & Monitoring: Stay informed in real time about crises, pastoral vulnerability, and risk management.

Securing Mobility: Receive information on transhumance, pastoral land, and designated areas.

Markets & Services: Track livestock price trends in local markets and discover relevant services (animal health, livestock feed).

Traditional Knowledge & Innovations: Promote traditional pastoral know-how while accessing modern technological tools.

Designed to be simple and accessible, the app works intuitively so that every shepherd can protect their flock, optimize their mobility, and develop their economic activity sustainably. Join the network of over 750,000 members for strong and independent pastoralism!
