Are all levels upgraded at once? Cause I am not gonna pay for each level at a time

Great app, however i have a problem getting a full version. When i try to pay i am offered paypal or card but none of them works. I am geeting an error when i am trying to logging with my paypal and getting message that my card details are incorrect. Note that i have purchased games in the past. I do not know what is the solution; could not find help online. Therefore 4 stars instead of 5, thanks
