Cons

Bluetooth connectivity is unreliable: the app often fails to find, connect to, or reconnect with the lights.
The app frequently hangs, loops on a loading screen, or freezes.
Users often have to restart the app or reset Bluetooth, power, or installation to try to restore function.
Light controls are unreliable, including difficulty changing colors or turning lights off; some users report lights getting stuck in a mode.
