Pioneer Plus is an exclusive mobile loyalty app designed for Pioneer customers to enjoy a seamless dining and booking experience. Members can easily browse the restaurant’s meal menus, make advance table reservations, and receive special rewards for their continued loyalty.
If a member books a table but later cancels or does not show up, the prepaid amount for the booking will not be refunded. Instead, a designated percentage of the paid amount will be credited back to the member’s account as loyalty points. These points can be used within the app according to the program’s terms.
