The app forces you to shop from a specific store instead of letting you choose the store you actually want. Because of that, you often can’t find all the items you need, even though they may be available elsewhere. In the end, you’re forced to buy only half of what you originally wanted, which makes the whole shopping experience frustrating and inconvenient. The app should give users the freedom to select their preferred store rather than limiting their options.

Il y a de la fraude autour des commandes. C'est la troisième fois que je fais une commande et ils l'ont marque comme livrée quand j'ai encore rien reçu. Ces pratiques affectent la confiance du client avec ce genre d'applications de livraison.
