ChessCam

ChessCam helps you record, stream, watch, play OTB online, and analyze physical chess games using your phone camera.

Set up your phone so the board is visible, scan the position, and start recording moves from a real chessboard. You can share a temporary watch link so another device can follow the game live, then review saved games later with analysis and export options.

KEY FEATURES
• Camera recognition — turn a physical board into digital moves in real time
• Record & save — keep a full move history of your over-the-board games
• Live watch links — let friends follow your game live on another device
• Play OTB online — connect your physical board to an online opponent
• Analysis & review — step through moves with engine analysis
• Export — copy PGN or the final FEN for any saved game
• Voice announcements — hear each move called out, hands-free

Everything runs on your device: camera recognition happens locally, and game data is stored on your phone. Game state is only sent to the relay server when you enable live watching.
