2026-07-11	Ma*****	I supported these from thier beginning, paying the one-off fee. Then getting back stabbed and forced into a sub. Then finding ships whose AIS transmission were being picked up by land stations on other AIS providers, were weirdly satellite only on Marine Traffic, prompting me to pay, suggesting this was a ruse to extract more money from loyal customers? Then the massive UI change including the retina burning white background. The new UI is bad. I mean really really bad. No longer a subscriber!

2026-07-11	De*****	newest update sucks, used to be decent now not good at all. the only reason I use it is because I work on ships. would never buy it otherwise and will never pay for the subscription.

2026-07-09	Ph*****	As someone who uses this app a lot, the new version is horrendous to use. it feels like the previous version, which worked well, was designed by a mariner - and the new version was designed by someone in IT. To make matters worse, I paid for the pro version and after a couple of days it won't let me use pro and keeps asking me to upgrade. I've emailed support, and had no response. Why try to fix something which wasn't broken? the previous version was great to use.

2026-07-08	Ll*****	I don't know who your designers are but they screwed up a perfectly good app. can't find any of my ships. I used to look for. everything on the maps is nothing but an anchor. there isn't even a showing of a ship on there. and every time I go to search for one it's a joke to try to find it. what in the world were you all thinking of when you did this. there's an old saying " If it isn't broken, don't fix it"!! You need to fire your Tech people! And bring back the old. what bugs did they fix? 😞

2026-07-07	Ma*****	Garbage. I won't be renewing my pro subscription. Ever heard the saying "don't fix what ain't broke"? Every update makes the app worse, and it's no longer useful to me for work. I'll be looking for another solution.
