In Urbalia, each participant leads a team of urban planners, geographers, architects, and other local experts, aiming to design the best possible neighborhood, competing with others.

Players must respond to citizens' needs, manage bureaucracy, and deal with unexpected events that challenge the urban and environmental balance.

At the end of the game, the best neighborhood will be rewarded, and the winner will become the city's mayor!
