The app provides a map-based ride flow with pickup selection, destination search, route preview, and active trip navigation. Riders can personalize route preferences for different safety and comfort needs, including avoiding potholes, choosing safer roads at night, supporting pregnancy-friendly travel, elderly-friendly travel, asthma-aware routing, and vehicle-size preferences.
During an active ride, a highly visible SOS button stays available on screen. Tapping SOS opens your device SMS app with an editable emergency message and your current maps location link, so you stay in control before sending.
