Mano Cambiada

Mano Cambiada is the training app for soccer goalkeepers. You don't just train your body: you train your mind, which is what separates a good goalkeeper from a truly great one.

⚡ REFLEXES AND REACTION
Short and addictive sports neuroscience mini-games to sharpen your reaction time, focus, and decision-making:
• Diving Reaction and Interception Timing — millisecond speed and accuracy.

• Multi-Tracking and Peripheral Vision — follow multiple opponents without losing sight of the ball.

• Trajectory Anticipation — anticipate the shot before it arrives.

• Goalkeeper Go/No-Go and Stroop — beat the kicker's feint.

• Play Memory, Visual Search, and Dual Task — make decisions under pressure.

All games feature adaptive difficulty: you always train at your limit, and no two games are ever repeated.

🧠 YOUR COGNITIVE PROFILE
Each session feeds your goalkeeper "profile": a radar with 6 axes (reaction, tracking, peripheral vision, anticipation, inhibition, and memory). See your strengths, identify your weaknesses, and track your progress week by week.

🎯 ON THE FIELD
Physical and coordination routines: cone drills, intervals, sequences, and stretches to bring cognitive skills to the field.

💬 AI COACH
A goalkeeper coach in your pocket. Chat, ask for the daily plan, and get personalized advice based on your real metrics.

🥅 DECISION-MAKING
Real-life tactical situations—should I come out or not? Should I narrow the angle or block? Where should I play it?—to train your goalkeeping judgment.

🏫 FOR ACADEMIES
