Distribution Toolkit

The Distribution Toolkit is an application to support the efficient organization of agent activities. Driving professional agency management practices, the toolkit will assist agents to create and manage self-generated leads (prospect and candidates) via the contact module. The application supports the organization of the sales and recruitment tasks through the activity management module. This includes scheduling activities and recording the associated outcomes for sales/recruitment funnel tracking. This will feed into performance management metrics. Future releases will integrate agent target setting and actual outcomes for performance management for agents and agent managers.

The application intends to support and encourage professional agent management practices, increase agent productivity and improve lead conversion. The activity management module aims to guide agents through advanced qualification, the prioritization of leads and their associated sales/recruitment tasks through to completion.
