I used this for mfs 100 last year with my Android phone and I could get my life Certificate through Jeevan Pramaan. But, when I connected this year, the app is not recognizing the scanner, same phone and same scanner. My laptop is also recognizing through Jeevan Pramaan and RD service. Please help me
