2024-05-30	Sa*****	We had booked a travels Chandrapur to Nagpur for 7.30 then we got a call from them saying that the travel has been damaged and hence your seat will be booked in another travel or else you will have to go tomorrow It was an emergency so I said yes but his AC was working and it was getting very hot. Very pathetic sarvice

2024-03-23	SH*****	I m traveling through Chandrapur-Nagpur travels. It's taking too much time than usual. Driver stopped travels on toll since last 40 minutes. AC is not cooling (so many passengers also facing same issue) disgusting experience.

2023-11-12	Pr*****	One of the worst staff working in DNR all conductor are chhapri they don't have to manners to talk with passengers they talking with passengers "re tu re" this is the language of professional bus operators staff. They also not guiding about stops and after they blaming on passengers also ready to fight. What is this DNR is ready for police complaint due to bad manner. I am a traveler but I am not meet with this type of bus staff. As per Google reviews owner also not serious for customer no reply
