Relief is a transformative mobile application developed by Dr. Amresh Shrivastava in collaboration with the Freedom from Poverty Foundation (FFPF) and GATE India. It is designed to support students, educators, and mental health professionals by offering essential resources for mental health awareness, early intervention, and suicide prevention. The app aims to create a stigma-free, supportive ecosystem that encourages resilience, emotional well-being, and proactive mental health care within educational environments.
