YOUR DRIVERS NEVER MOVE. I booked and it says 'arriving in 2 min', waited 15 min and the van is still at the same location. But if I want to cancel it will penalise me instead??? It's not my fault that I need to cancel when the driver doesn't even move. This happens ALL THE TIME. The van is right there, NO driver in sight. I wait and wait and the driver is off doing GOD KNOWS WHAT, taking their sweet time to waste mine. I see a lot of other people also facing this issue and NOTHING IS BEING DONE

Apps is scam. The driver is scam and take a longer time. Waste my time and money also energy. Pay back my RM4. THAT DRIVER WAS TAKEN WITHOUT CONSIDERATION. IT'S NOT GOOD TO SCAM PEOPLE LIKE THAT. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PICK UP PEOPLE JUST CANCEL THE TRIP. NO NEED TO SCAM PEOPLE. I DON'T NEED YOU.
