I had difficulty scanning as the doctor's logo was the only portion of the claim that would be scanned. I had to place a cover on the logo to scan and upload.

Sometimes the app scans, sometimes it doesn't. Very stressful when you've been hospitalized and can't get the app to scan these big bills you get from the hospital despite the insurance company claiming no co-pays.
