Leonardo da Vinci paintings

Leonardo da Vinci was an Italian polymath of the High Renaissance who was active as a painter, draughtsman, engineer, scientist, theorist, sculptor, and architect.
He is widely regarded as a genius who epitomized the Renaissance humanist ideal, and his works have influenced generations of artists and thinkers.
Some of his most famous paintings are the Mona Lisa, the Last Supper, the Vitruvian Man, and the Virgin of the Rocks. He also made many drawings and notes on various subjects, such as anatomy, astronomy, botany, cartography, painting, and paleontology. He conceptualized flying machines, a type of armored vehicle, concentrated solar power, a calculator, and the double hull.
He died in 1519 in France, where he was invited by King Francis I1 He is considered one of the greatest painters and one of the most diversely talented people ever to have lived.
