Man Flow Yoga deserves 5 stars, unfortunately this app doesn't, now upped to 4 *. Update on casting issues: these have now been resolved thanks to the helpful and responsive support team. However reminders are limited value as they don't take you to the video you set the reminder on, just to the homescreen and they remind you twice, 12 hours before. Setting off I can get app improvements next ...

Very buggy appkn android. Frequently having issues casting to other smart devices and more recently it keeps not finding any of the videos or workouts I've saved making me search for them each time.
