ManageYourGym: Trainer

The app your gym gives its trainers.

ManageYourGym Trainer puts your coaching day on one screen: who you're training today, what's booked for the fortnight, how many sessions each client has left, and what you've been paid.

You'll need your gym to be on ManageYourGym and the gym code they give you. Sign in with the email your gym has on file — there's no new account to create.

Every session you're coaching today, in order, with the client, the time, the
duration and where it's happening. Open the app and you're briefed.

THE FORTNIGHT AHEAD
A day-by-day agenda of everything booked, so you can answer "are you free
Tuesday?" without leaving the floor.

KNOW WHAT EACH CLIENT HAS LEFT
Your roster with every client's package balance on it — who's down to their last
session and who has only just started. No more counting back through a diary.

LOG THE OUTCOME WHILE IT'S FRESH
Mark a session complete, cancelled or a no-show, and add the note you'll want
next week. Completing a session draws down the client's package automatically.

BOOK THE NEXT ONE ON THE SPOT
Pick a client, a date, a time and a duration while they're still in front of you. If a client asks to move a session, the request comes to you and you can
reschedule or decline it.

YOUR PAY, ON RECORD
Every salary payment your gym has recorded, the period it covers and how it was paid — so you can check what landed without asking the front desk.

YOUR PROFILE, YOURS TO KEEP CURRENT
Update your photo, bio, specializations and emergency contact yourself. Your
name, email and phone stay with the front desk, because they're how you sign in.

YOUR GYM'S COLOURS
The app takes on your gym's branding the moment you enter their code. One app, your gym's identity.
