Maamuora POS

Ma3mora Ticketing is a business point-of-sale (POS) and ticketing application designed for the authorized staff and operators of El Mamoura. It streamlines daily ticket sales, card identification, and receipt printing at points of sale.

IMPORTANT: This is an internal tool for authorized employees only. A company account is required to sign in. The app is not intended for the general public.

KEY FEATURES

• Fast card identification
Tap an NFC card or scan a QR/barcode to instantly look up a person or employee and verify their identity before completing a transaction.

• Ticket sales and receipts
Select ticket items, quantities, and payment method (cash or card), then generate and print a professional receipt directly to a connected thermal printer (Sunmi devices).

• QR ticket printing
Issue individual QR-coded tickets for quick validation.

• Shift management
Open and manage point-of-sale shifts to keep transactions organized.

• Problem reporting
Report operational issues directly from the app, with the option to attach a photo so they can be reviewed and resolved quickly.

• Secure sign-in
Employee accounts are created by the company administrator. Sessions are kept secure using encrypted on-device storage.

• Operational notifications
Receive important operational notifications relevant to your work.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO

• It does not read banking data or payment-card numbers from NFC cards — only the card's technical serial number (UID) is read for identification.
• It does not show ads or use your data for advertising.
