I have been using the app for a number of years with no problems but now I can't log in or reset my password so rendered the app useless, my manager has approved this again several times but it still won't work.

I signed up in march and was trying to login again since july but the app wont let me. I tried to create a new account and i can't even do that. Tried to recover the password for ny old account and it wont even send a me a link to reset my password. Nothing works. Terrible application.
