Gold Detector & Metal Detector

Gold Detector & Metal Detector turns a compatible Android phone into a portable scanning and utility toolkit. Using the built-in magnetometer, it detects magnetic metals and electromagnetic fields with real-time µT readings, frequency graphs, sound alerts and vibration feedback. The app can help locate ferromagnetic objects such as iron, steel, nails, screws, pipes and wires.

It also includes an object detector, camera magnifier, GPS-assisted offline compass, sound meter, bubble level, on-screen ruler, flashlight and unit converter. The detector requires a device with a magnetometer and cannot detect non-magnetic metals such as pure gold, silver, copper or aluminum. Accuracy depends on device hardware and surrounding conditions.
