It's totally a senseless and waste app. It has the option of only filling request that too it's senseless that it is mentioned as 1/4, 1/2 & full dabba for rotis instead of Qty in nos. Moreover even after giving filling request the thali is received as it is. It seems it is not religiously tracked and put into practice. The main criterion is also the quality alongwith quantity of food. There is nothing to rate the quality of food whatsoever in the app.
