This app, and cp federal as a whole, has gotten worse and worse and worse in every way since I initially became a member over a decade ago. Customer service is miserable. The app is difficult to navigate and the staff don't even know what it's options are.

App would not bring up the screen to put in the verification code. When I went to email to retrieve the code and came back to input, I just got a white screen. Then, the app locked me out of my account. I am not changing my password every time I access the app. Wasted too much time trying to do the simplest action.
