What a pathetic situation! There are 100 questions to log in to the app, which is fine. But even after that, we still have to send a message from the registered mobile number, and due to their technical issues, it doesn’t get verified. I’ve tried multiple times and am completely exhausted. To make matters worse, if you call customer care, no one answers. If you make a payment using another app, you only receive the SMS the next day. Truly the best service! 😩😩😩
