การบริการในการสั่งซื้อออนไลน์ยังต้องปรับปรุง สั่งแล้วสินค้าไม่มาส่ง ต้องโทรไปตามเองไม่มีการแจ้งลูกค้า สุดท้ายมีการเปลี่ยนวันเองในแอพโดยไม่แจ้งลูกค้า ต้องโทรหาcall center เอง ไม่กล้าสั่งอีก
