The link shared doesn't have booking under contention. Please work on your app. I've been a loyal mmt User with spending in lacs but I had a really horrible experience with a recent booking due to which I'm sure I won't use this app now and would suggest everyone not to, especially the trip guarantee feature. I paid 1k for trip guarantee on a 1.5k train ticket and it got cancelled. Support ex was absolutely shameless with 0 business sense for asking me to take non-ac seater 15 hour bus

Absolutely disgusted by the scam these people pulled off. The moment i paid the whole amount, they cancelled my booked resort and suggested bad alternatives. After i suggested the alternatives myself, they chose the cheapest one which was clearly cheaper than the original booking (almost half the price). They did not provide with any refund whatsoever with the differential amount. The customer service makes your blood boil, where you need to keep raising requests to get a mere follow up.
