Soft Retail

Soft retail is a Point of Sale Application crafted for small and medium retail businesses. The Application is designed to list products (stock) on the Application, to record stock movements from ordering of the stock, receiving of the stock, inventory management ( checking stock on hand, shrinkage, rate of sale, purchases and sales ) and point of sale functionality or selling of the stock. The user friendly Application requires the retailer or the user to give permission to the Android device's camera to enable the Application's scanner functionality to only read and interpret barcodes on the products and enable external scanner to function when the user is listing new stock or ordering stock or receiving or selling stock. The user will also be required to give the Application permission to the device's files for the user to access his/her business' reports whenever he/she wants to run reports on sales, purchases and gross profits which is vital for the business' records and all the records are saved on the user's device and the Application user or the owner of the Android device is the only one who has privacy to the information save on his/her device. All retailers registering on the Application will be required to enter their business information to create a profile for their businesses.
