MY CASES - gives you a list of your cases in progress, but also closed cases. The assistance files at the Romanian Consulate and the trips for your representation in Romania contain complete information (file / travel stage, date and time of appointment / travel, the priority with which we process the file, the location of the representation or the Consular Section where you are assigned, addresses, the documents we expect from you or the necessary documents in the file, etc.), both for your real-time information and to provide total transparency in the process of solving your needs.

SETTINGS - allows you to verify your data, change your password or delete your account.

2. CONTACT offers access to the opening of a NEW CASE, support via LIVE CHAT or TELEPHONE SUPPORT.

NEW CASE - simple, fast and secure, filling in only 2 fields, you will send a new request. You will receive a response to this request by email or phone, depending on your account.

CHAT - PREMIUM customers can request support and assistance through LIVE CHAT, simple, secure and fast.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT - gives PREMIUM customers access to a list of phone numbers you can call for priority assistance, consulting services and more, depending on your account.

3. ABOUT MAIER Consultants - contains information about the company, services, locations and news.
