MAHOFIN Team Access is the official employee self-service mobile application for Manappuram Home Finance Limited.
This app is designed to provide authorized Mahofin employees with secure, real-time access to essential HR services, helping streamline daily work activities, improve transparency, and enhance internal communication.

The application is intended exclusively for authorized Mahofin employees and ensures secure access through controlled authentication and device-level security.

Key Features:

1.Employee Profile- allows users to view complete employee details including designation, department, and branch information. Employees can download their profile as a PDF, and all information is always updated with the latest official records.

2.Payslips- enable employees to view and download monthly salary slips with a detailed breakdown of earnings and deductions. Previous payslips can be accessed anytime, and PDF generation is available instantly.

3.Attendance- helps employees check their daily attendance status, view punch-in and punch-out details, and track attendance history using date filters. The module also provides integrated visibility of leave status.

4.Leave Management- allows employees to apply for Casual, Sick, Earned, and Compensatory leaves, view leave balances and eligibility, cancel pending leave requests, and track application status and history. Managers can approve or reject team leave requests and generate leave reports when required.

5.Office Circulars & Announcements- provide access to official company circulars and important organizational announcements. Users can filter circulars by type and reference number and stay informed through timely internal communications.

6.Notifications- ensure employees receive real-time alerts for important updates, including instant notifications for leave approvals, rejections, and official announcements.
