Installation 2.O

Installation 2.O is a dedicated Chrome extension designed exclusively for Mahindra dealer employees to facilitate the tractor installation process efficiently. Installers can scan a QR code to capture tractor and customer details directly in the app, ensuring accurate data collection.

The extension features a secure OTP verification system to reconfirm customer phone numbers via SMS, enhancing communication reliability. Installers follow an aggregate-wise checklist to complete the physical installation, while updating vital usage info such as implements used, land, and crops. Additionally, photos of both the customer and tractor are captured to maintain comprehensive records. After submission, the customer receives an OTP via SMS, which the installer enters back into the app to collect feedback and officially close the installation process. This streamlined workflow improves accuracy, customer engagement, and installation quality.
