Defective items, lost product, and terrible support. Most of my IKEA Turkey online orders arrived damaged & I had to exchange them. During one exchange they lost an item & ignored my receipt. Customer service doesn’t answer calls. app is useless bot for complain, & bed I bought broke ,never forget fear; sat on it turned slightly, metal support on the wooden part collapsed . This happened only with 75 kg weight; shows a serious design & quality problem. Photo that clearly shows how it broken.
