Acho vergonhoso cobrar comissão para carregar p cartão escolar! Seja em q modalidades for desde MbWay até à transparência bancária há sempre um valor a pagar. Isto deveria ser para ajudar os miúdos e a escola , não para gerar lucros a alguma entidade. Hoje em dia, além do dinheiro há várias opções de cartões pré-pagos sem custo para os pais!!
