What does the app include?
• Online form for reporting about an event
The application was specially developed to allow you to easily and quickly report any event that occurred in your private clinic that may lead to a lawsuit. A service representative will contact you within one business day from the date of the report to help continue the process.
• Online form for submitting a request for legal services
In the event that you need legal services, you can send a request in the application and a Madness representative will get back to you by the next business day.
• The main points of the policy
In the application you can see the main points of the professional liability policy to find out the scope of the coverages, the conditions for receiving them, etc.
• Informed consent forms
A database that includes dozens of consent forms in a wide variety of fields: gynecology and obstetrics, cardiology, general surgery, dentistry and more. The application allows you to download the forms, share them by email and send them to print.
