I have never been this disappointed eith Macy's as much as I have this past Christmas. So, I purchased MK 3-Suit sport jackets on Macy's website at a very good price, apparently their size are a lot smaller than other brands. Now, the issue with Macy's is, when I wanted to change it just to change the size only, apparently they don't accept size change even at the actual store, they can only take a return and you have to repurchase the items. Now the price are back to reg price. Unfair policy!

Difficult to shop since it won't allow you to see the different options of items. For example, it shows a sweater in white and there are 6 other colors. If you select a different color, it continues to show the white sweater. I won't order a different color if I can't see what the shade of the other color is. So, I went somewhere else to purchase my items.

Macy's. On the website and the app, if you click on an item and then go back to the previous page, it's like an entire new page, items are out of order. Essentially I feel like I'm scrolling and seeing the same items over and over and over. Also, what is up with having an item in multiple colors but then instead of pics of the actual item in every color, there's just a circle in the corner with the search color. I had higher expectations for Macy's. Just feels disorganized.

Great app. [But be warned that if you play a video, it won't let you go back to shopping; have to uninstall, re-install, and start over. Also, on some screens, when viewing items in bag for example, there's no reuturn to shopping or back button, so have to start over. (Annoying if you were shopping wirh filters set.)] Otherwise, the general shopping, checkout, and delivery aspects have been good.

The app only goes back 2 years of purchase history. Also, no shipping info just shows shipped but no tracking. Get charged if want to return items unless you're a star rewards member, is free if return to store, closest to me is in a mall, no thx, behind the times. No wonder they losing sales to Amazon. Positive is they sale good quality items on app.

This app is so easy to use! I love being able to easily slip from an ad to the app. However, as of July 2024, I am no longer able to log into the app to pay bill's, review previous order, etc. I am unable to enter my password. The app just shuts down. Can you fix this problem? It's beyond frustrating. Mary Kenyatta

This app is straight up TRASH! I've had it for over 1 year, hoping that it would work, but it just doesn't. Most I can get is the home screen. What makes it worse is when you have the app, chrome (on phone) won't allow you to view the website. You would think a brick and mortar would be trying to get every sale they can, but this app does the opposite.

Both Macy's app & webpage are the WORST. Example: If I wanted a product, I would individually have to search every store location. Neither the app or webpage is universal, allowing a search to include every possible location of where the product is in stock or out of stock. If Macy's has 100 locations, you need to search 100 times. Worthless!

OK, 1 year later & I find no improvements. I continue to shop Macy's because of their quality & selection, but their site is still annoying at best. One year ago I wrote: This app is slow to respond. And, if after looking at an item & I hit the back button it doesn't take me to the last screen, it takes me clear back to the beginning & I have to reset my preferences. An exercise in frustration.

Awful app. Every time I try to do anything with my Macy's credit card within the app, it prompts me to log back in over and over and just takes me back to the main screen when I back out. Most recently, I scheduled a payment on the app but it never recorded it. Luckily, customer service dropped the late fee, but incredibly frustrating. Samsung S22+
