2026-08-04	Ge*****	I got a new MACYS credit card and I have to go into the store to pay. I can't see my bill or set up autopay in the app. I called customer service and it took forever to get ahold of anyone and then I was hung up on after waiting for 37 minutes so I called back again and got hung up on for over an hour waiting on the phone. Finally the 3rd call dude promised me he wouldn't hang up. After another 43 minutes he decided to say it's his fault and that its because it a new account it wont come up LIES
