GY TP

GY TP is the mobile application dedicated to the company's drivers and field teams. It allows them to enter work orders directly on-site, without wasting time returning to the depot.

• View the daily, weekly, and upcoming schedule
• Quickly enter work hours and work locations
• Detailed work lines: description, machines, tolls, stations
• Fuel refills and odometer readings per machine
• Photos of signed work orders taken directly from the phone
• Digital signatures of the driver and client on screen
• Automatic email delivery of the work order to the client upon completion of the project

OFFLINE USE

The application works without a network connection. All entries are stored locally and automatically synchronized with the server as soon as the connection is restored. No data is lost, even in areas with no network coverage.

SECURITY

• Two-factor authentication available (email or Google Authenticator)
• Fingerprint or Face ID lock
• Short session tokens with automatic rotation
• Encrypted local storage

BUSINESS USE

GY TP is reserved for authorized employees and collaborators. Account creation is managed by your administrator.
