Macroape helps you eat better simply, quickly, and sustainably.

With Macroape, you can log what you eat, generate recipes with artificial intelligence, and organize your weekly meals—all in one app.

What you can do with Macroape:

- Receive recipe ideas tailored to your preferences.

- Use AI assistants to answer your nutrition questions and better organize your habits.

Health Connect (optional):

Macroape allows you to optionally connect to Health Connect to import certain activity data and display it alongside your nutritional tracking.

- Steps: We import your step count to show your activity for the last 14 days.

- Active Kilocalories: We import your recorded active energy to show it in your summary.

- Training Sessions: We import your workout type, date, time, and duration to show them in your summary and use your training frequency in your weekly activity and nutrition analysis.

- Weight: We import your last authorized weight to show it in your nutrition tracking.

Macroape only requests read access to this data. It does not read or use your step cadence or pedaling cadence. Android may display StepsCadence along with Steps and CyclingPedalingCadence along with ExerciseSession because these data types share the same system permissions.

The connection with Health Connect is optional and is only initiated when the user opens the "Connected Health" feature. You choose which permissions to grant, and Macroape will continue to function even if you do not authorize any.

Authorized data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored in your account to keep your summary synchronized. Health Connect data is not sold or used for advertising. You can revoke permissions, disconnect Health Connect, and delete imported data directly from the app at any time.
