2026-03-23	*****	Uninstall dulu karena sudah tidak asik. JT Point yg kita miliki sudah tidak bisa full digunakan seperti dulu saat pembelian jam, program saat ini JT Point hanya bisa dipakai 10%'nya atau maksimal 30.000 poin.

2026-03-07	Pa*****	Bad customer experience Maret 2026 setelah jadi pelanggan Machtwatch dari 2016 -10 tahun & almost Rp.20M spent- bahkan saat JT belum ada Android app, masih jualan di web. Intinya kalau mau beli pakai instant courier dan lewat jam 14.00 jangan beli di JT karena tidak bakalan dikirim di hari itu. Kebijakan mereka: mau pakai instant atau pakai logistik biasa, cut off time rata jam 14.00. Agak menggelikan sih considering the nature of instant courier delivery method. Tapi suka2 yang punya toko deh.
