Security As A Service (SAAS) is a security model that allows companies to outsource their security needs to a third party. This model has been around for years, but it has been gaining traction recently as it offers many benefits to both businesses and consumers.

The first benefit is that it's very cost-effective for businesses. It allows them to hire security experts without having to directly employ them and pay their salary, benefits, and so on. The second benefit is that it's easy for consumers: they can simply sign up for the service and forget about it until they need help from the company offering the service.
